- Maggi 2-min noodles (Masala) – 1 pack(70g)
- Oil- 1 table spoon
- Ginger- 1 table spoon (grated)
- Spring onions (sliced along with greens)- 2
- Red bell pepper(juliennes)- 50 g
- Yellow bell pepper(juliennes)- 50 g
- Green bell pepper(juliennes)- 50 g
- Soya sauce- 2 table spoon
- Honey- 2 table spoon
- Lime juice- 1 table spoon
- Black pepper powder- 1/4th tea spoon
- Water- ½ cup
- Salt- To taste
Method:
- Stir-fry the ginger and spring onions in oi犀利士
l for 2 minutes. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. - Mix together the rest of the ingredients and add the mixture to the vegetables.
- Bring to boil stirring constantly. Add salt if necessary.
- Cook Maggi 2-Minute noodles as per pack instructions and add to above and mix well. Serve hot.
