Ginger Soy Honey Noodles

  • Maggi 2-min noodles (Masala) – 1 pack(70g)
  • Oil- 1 table spoon
  • Ginger- 1 table spoon (grated)
  • Spring onions (sliced along with greens)- 2
  • Red bell pepper(juliennes)- 50 g
  • Yellow bell pepper(juliennes)- 50 g
  • Green bell pepper(juliennes)- 50 g
  • Soya sauce- 2 table spoon
  • Honey- 2 table spoon
  • Lime juice- 1 table spoon
  • Black pepper powder- 1/4th tea spoon
  • Water- ½ cup
  • Salt- To taste


  1. Stir-fry the ginger and spring onions in oi犀利士
    l for 2 minutes. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  2. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and add the mixture to the vegetables.
  3. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Add salt if necessary.
  4. Cook Maggi 2-Minute noodles as per pack instructions and add to above and mix well. Serve hot.
