Ingredients
Tofu, cut in 1inch cubes- 500 g
Green onions, minced- 3
Garlic, minced- 3 cloves
Cumin- ½ teaspoon
Turmeric- ¼ teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chili powder- ¼ teaspoon
Fish sauce- 4 tablespoon
Lime juice- 1 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce- ½ tablespoon
Honey- 1 tablespoon
Coconut milk- ½ cup
Few chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Method
- If you are using wooden satay sticks, set them in water to soak while you prepare the satay.
- Combine all the other ingredients to make a marinade, stirring well to dissolve the honey.
- Pour marinade over the tofu. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- When ready to cook, skewer the tofu.
- Grill the satay on nonstick grill pan and brush the olive oil.
Serve with thai peanut sauce and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
