Chilly Potato

Ingredients
1. Potato – 4
To Make Batter
1. Corn Flour – ¼ cup
2. Maida – ¼ cup
3. Salt – ¼ cup
4. Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
5. Pepper
6. Water
To Make Sauce
1. Oil – 1 Tablespoon
2. Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp
3. Onion – 1 Chopped
4. Chopped Capsicum – ½ cup
5. Soy Sauce – 1 teaspoon
6. Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tablespoon
7. Green Chilli Sauce – 1 tablespoon
8. Tomato Ketchup – 2 tablespoon
9. Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
10. Vinegar – 2 teaspoon
11. Water
12. Corn flour
13. Pince of Salt
Method:
- Cut the potato into small pieces
- In a bowl, add cornflour, maida, salt, pepper powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
- Add water gradually and mix well.
Dip the potato pieces into the batter. - Deep fry the potato pieces till they are golden brown in color and keep them aside.
- Heat a pan with some oil, add garlic and sauté .
- Add onions, capsicum and sauté.
- Add all the sauces, red chilli powder, some water and bring it to a boil.
- Add cornflour slurry and mix well.
- Add the fried potato pieces and mix well.
- Garnish it with spring onion greens and serve it hot.
