Ottogi Kalbi Sauce has a more robust flavour due to different combinations of herbs and spices to enhance the taste. It also contains seven fruits’ juices and purées to act as a natural tenderiser and give natural sweetness to the dish.

The word Galbi literally means ‘rib’ in Korean, as this refers to the meat that is used to make Kalbi.
