Description
This sauce is specially prepared to make flavourful Sichuan cooking quick and easy. Just add tofu and green onion for the deliciously authentic taste of tofu in Spicy Bean Sauce. This is also an excellent sauce for all spicy garlic dishes.
Ingredients:
Water, fermented soybean paste (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), salted chilli peppers (chilli peppers, salt), sugar, tomato paste, sesame oil, oyster sauce (water, sugar, salt, oyster extractive (oyster, water, salt), modified corn starch, caramel colour), sesame paste, Sichuan pepper, modified corn starch, dehydrated garlic, lactic acid.
