Roasted Duck is a Chinese speciality that is popular worldwide. Using the Lobo Roasted Duck Seasoning mix, you can marinate duck meat with soy sauce and honey for a deliciously seasoned dish and very tender and tasty duck. It can be served with sweet fruity sauces (orange and ginger) and rice.
Simply rub Roast Duck Seasoning Mix over whole or cut up duck, chicken or turkey.
