Tasty Spicy Sauteed Shrimp Paste, Guisado Bagoong paste is a sauteed shrimp paste made of small fermented shrimps (alamang).  Use as a cooking ingredient or condiment. Can be eaten with our without further cooking. Many Filipino dishes are based on the bagoong taste. Kare-kare and binagoongan are a few. A simple way to have bagoong is with steamed rice.
