Description
It is used to enhance the look and appeal of many dishes. Indian restaurants commonly use this colour for gently colouring Tandoori chicken or lamb tikka. Dissolve 9g of the powder and makeup to 1 litre with the water-based liquid. Do not add the dry powder directly to the food.
