Ashoka Baigan Bharta 280G

Ashoka Baigan Bharta is a delightfully traditional, mashed aubergine preparation with the spicy goodness of ginger and chillies. A refreshingly different, dry dish generally relished with jeera pilaf (cumin seed rice), naan and pieces of bread.
