It’s the ideal choice for chefs to bring out the flavour of ingredients when cooking or stir-frying and is also perfect as soup base. It has a rich soy flavour and aroma, which will delicately enhance the “taste” of any dish. Light soy sauce is golden brown in colour and rich in taste to add flavour during seasoning stage.
