Madras Paste Very Hot 283G – Patak’s

Patak’s Curry Pastes make excellent marinades, used on their own or blended 50:50 with plain yogurt. Marinate meat then bake, BBQ or grill. Ingredients for 283g jar: Water, Ground Spices (Coriander 7%, Paprika, Turmeric 2%, Cumin 2%), Spices (Fenugreek, Black Pepper), Rapeseed Oil 20%, Salt, Maize Flour, Garlic Puree, Ginger Puree 1.5%, Acetic Acid, Concentrated Tomato Puree, Mustard Powder, Tamarind, Ginger Powder, Dried Crushed Red Chilli 0.7%, Garlic Powder, Curry Leaf, Black Mustard Seed. This product may contain traces of peanut or tree nuts. It is important that this product is not consumed uncooked.
