Description
Coconut sugar or coconut blossom sugar, as it is also called, is won from the flower nectar of the coconut palms and has a wonderful, caramel-like taste. Thanks to its low glycemic index, it is one of the best sweeteners for health-conscious consumers and also contains numerous minerals, vitamins and amino acids.
The sweetener tastes delicious in desserts, smoothies and pastries. It can be used like brown sugar in the ratio 1: 1.
